ASHLEY M. WATANABE
Ashley Watanabe was born and raised in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii and graduated from Aiea High School. She continued her education by attending the University of Hawai’i where she played volleyball and later graduated with a degree in business management. No stranger to hard work, her dedication, focus, passion, and drive was on display to the nation as, during her time in college, the Libero on the UH Women’s Volleyball Team. In 2005, Ashley was the season record holder with 481 digs and finished her college volleyball career with a total of 973 career digs.
Ashley grew up in the Real Estate Industry as her father and mentor, Eric Watanabe, continues to serve his clients after 42 years in the industry. Prior to entering into Real Estate, Ashley delved into the customer service industry where she waited tables, serviced the public as an insurance agent, General Managed a restaurant in Guam, and was the Property Manager at the company’s sister location in Guam before finding her place as a sales agent within the company.
Ashley’s passion for Real Estate came as she watched her father show his clients how to obtain their dreams by building wealth through Real Estate. She enjoys sharing with her clients the principal behind her father’s teachings, whether they are First Time Home Buyers, Sellers, or Investors. Ashley’s niche has been primarily focused on working with first time home buyers, most of which being military and expanding her knowledge on out-of-state investment opportunities to better service her clients.
Ashley gives back to her community by coaching the JV Girls Volleyball team at her Alumni, Aiea High School. In her spare time, she enjoys playing music, surfing, Jiu Jitsu, traveling, and brainstorming on new and exciting business ideas with her fiancé.
