This form should be used for any Watanabe International, Inc. tenant who needs to report a problem or issue to our Property Managers. Please fill out the form below and someone will contact you within 24-hours (on weekdays) 48-hours (on weekends).

EMERGENCY ONLY PLEASE! **Please note that in certain cases you (tenant) may be charged for a service call if it is later determined that the problem in question was caused by tenant neglect, or if the tenant failed to perform routine maintenance. For Example, if a tenant reports an issue with the washer or dryer not working and the maintenance tech finds the issue was simply a tripped breaker, then the tenant would be charged.
